As a fashionista, the last thing I want to put on is an old t-shirt and shorts, even if I’m just lounging around the house. Today’s OOTD is a little bummy, but it’s still cute enough to where you won’t feel totally blah.
These sweatpants from Francesca’s aren’t just any old sweats, they’re ruffled on the side! I feel like this makes them super fashionable and is a nice step up from your regular old gray sweatpants. For a comfy look, I paired them with a white button down tank from Charming Charlie, my ‘Dog Mom’ hat from Altar’d State, and the classic Adidas Superstars.
I adore the way these sweatpants look on me. They make my hips look wider, and I get total Kim K vibes. To make this outfit a little cuter, I unbuttoned the last two buttons of the shirt and tied the ends together to make it something like a tie-front top, but you could also button it all the way and then tie the end in a knot.
This outfit is great because it’s not only super comfortable, but it’s great for working out, lounging around the house, walking the dog, grocery shopping, or a road trip! I’ll definitely be putting this in my suitcase when I go to Columbus, Ohio in September.
The other good thing about this outfit is that it’s an awesome transition look from summer to fall. You have thee comfy sweats that are great for cool weather, and then you have a tied up tank that represents summer.
Let me know what you think!
