Hey Babes!

Growing up in the early 2000’s was dope. We had Dunkaroos, Lisa Frank, scrunchies, and so much more. If you’re a 90’s baby, you probably remember Bobby Jack. Bobby Jack was a line of t-shirts featuring a monkey named Bobby Jack and fun, sassy sayings. The character was created by Han Lim Lee in 2001. I guess it’s similar to Happy Bunny, just not as crude.

I remember Bobby Jack being sold in the big department stores such as Macy’s and Dillard’s, and I loved going to the girl’s section to look at all the merchandise. Obviously, none of my old Bobby Jack shirts fit me anymore, and I have no idea where they are, but pictured below are some of my favorite designs that I found online.

I definitely remember the bubblegum and chocolate designs, and I’m also pretty sure I had the “Bubblegum Buddies” t-shirt. I so wish I could find it now, just for nostalgia’s sake.

If you love Bobby Jack and want to re-live your childhood, check out the Bobby Jack website. There’s girls shirts, as well as women’s, and, even though it’s a little more modern with phrases talking about “selfies,” it’s still a great line, and lots of fun! Maybe you’ll want to purchase a shirt for your daughter, or even yourself!
